The third of Holland America Line's Vista-class ships, ms Westerdam continues their tradition of beautiful and spacious cruise ships. This elegant ship can be found cruising throughout some of the world's most desirable vacation destinations, including Alaska, the Caribbean, Hawaii, and the Panama Canal.

As far as entertainment options go, there's a great variety of public spaces guests can enjoy while on a ms Westerdam cruise. The Vista Lounge is a large three-story showroom, featuring a live performance on each evening of the cruise. Possible shows include Broadway-style productions, singers, dancers, comedians, magicians and game shows. Also on board ms Westerdam are swimming pools, whirlpools, a spa, fitness center, casino, duty-free shopping boutiques, an art gallery and photo gallery. Among the ship's many bars and lounges are Crow's Nest (an observation lounge that becomes a fashionable nightclub during the evenings), Ocean Bar, Sports Bar and Northern Lights Night Club. The Culinary Arts Center, presented by Food & Wine Magazine, offers guests gourmet cooking lessons, taught by Holland America's Master Chefs or sometimes by special culinary guests.

Well known for their superior service and fine cuisine, Holland America Line doesn't disappoint aboard ms Westerdam. The two-story Vista Dining Room is the ship's main restaurant, and is open for all three meals (featuring a five-course dinner on each evening). Other dining venues include the Lido Restaurant, offering cooked-to-order specialties, and the open-air Terrace Grill. A convenient option available to all guests is Holland America's 24-hour room service.

Following her refurbishment in May 2017, ms Westerdam debuted a number of Suite enhancements as part of a $300-million brand initiative. The main living area in each Suite boasts a new sofa, lounge chairs, carpet, headboard and more to bring a feeling of contemporary luxury to these accommodations. Electronic upgrades feature new USB outlets added to the bed headboard, along with LED bedside lights, and fully interactive television system integrating movies on demand as well as daily programming. Suite bathrooms also receive a designer makeover, featuring a new vanity area with new stone tops, modern faucets and under-mount sinks. Additional Suite amenities include superior bathrobes and slippers, binoculars for use during the voyage, an in-suite coffee and espresso machine and more!
